このプライバシーポリシーは、iOS アプリ「VoxDeiDice」（以下「本アプリ」）における 利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリの開発者（以下「当方」）は、 利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、本ポリシーに従って情報を取り扱います。
本アプリは、利用者を特定できる個人情報を収集しません。 アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・連絡先などを取得することはありません。 広告の配信、利用状況の解析、トラッキングも一切行っていません。
利用者が作成した候補のリスト、抽選の履歴、設定（ダイスの柔らかさ・揺れ・自由モードのダイスの個数など）は、 利用者の端末内（SwiftData および UserDefaults）にのみ保存されます。 これらの情報が外部のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。 本アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存されたこれらのデータも削除されます。
本アプリは、端末を傾けたり揺らしたりしてダイスを動かすために、端末の動き（モーションセンサー）を利用します。 この情報はダイスを動かす目的でのみ端末内で処理され、保存も外部への送信も行いません。
本アプリは利用者情報を収集しないため、第三者に提供・販売することはありません。
本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、お子様が利用する場合も含め、 個人情報が収集・利用されることはありません。

This Privacy Policy describes how the iOS application "VoxDeiDice" (the "App") handles user information. The developer of the App (the "Developer") respects your privacy and handles information in accordance with this Policy.
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information. No account registration is required, and the App does not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or similar personal data. The App does not show advertising, run analytics, or track you in any way.
The lists of choices you create, your draw history, and your settings (such as dice softness, wobble, and the number of dice in free mode) are stored only on your device (using SwiftData and UserDefaults). This data is never sent to any external server. When you delete the App, this data is deleted from your device as well.
The App uses your device's motion sensors so that you can tilt or shake the device to move the dice. This information is processed only on your device for that purpose. It is neither stored nor transmitted anywhere.
Because the App does not collect user information, it does not sell or share any information with third parties.
Because the App does not collect personal information, no personal information is collected or used, including when the App is used by children.
This Policy may be updated from time to time as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page.
